Dining RoomOur largest suite at Kingswood is light, bright and comes with stunning views of our Championship golf course and Chipstead valley. Large enough to seat 130 guests or 200 for an informal celebration, our Dining Room comes complete with its own bar, patio and garden area.

BallroomOur stunning ballroom decorated in tones of champagne and cream is connected to our Main Dining Room but can be booked out privately for lunches or formal dinners. With beautiful high ceilings and feature teardrop chandeliers our Ballroom is dressed to impress all year round.

Warren RoomOriginal feature beams and beautiful oak fireplace are characteristic of our charming Warren Room. With its own private bar and beautiful walled garden complete with lanterns and potted plants, The Warren Room is ideal for intimate celebrations, anniversary lunches or private dinners for up to 60 guests. A more informal celebration can see the Warren Room host up to 80 guests.

ConservatoryOur smallest suite hosting intimate occasions for up to 20 guests sits next to our Main Dining Room and has double doors straight onto its own terrace. The views of our course speak for themselves and at any time of year, come rain or shine, the Conservatory is the perfect place to whittle away a long afternoon.

Braid RoomOur beautiful and quaint Braid Room is situated on the first floor of our venue. Spacious enough for 30 of your favourite guests, this room is ideal for small dinners, lazy lunches and afternoon teas with your nearest and dearest.
