As a guide, we would suggest that you follow the procedure set out below:
- Ensure that both the registrar and Kingswood Club and Lodge are available for your chosen date.
- Visit Kingswood Golf and Country Club and make a provisional booking.
- Visit the Leatherhead and Reigate Registry Office and book your date.
- Pay your deposit for your suite at Kingswood Club and Lodge. Please note that there is a supplementary charge of £400.00 payable for a civil ceremonies.

Updated information from Surrey Registration District on 25th June 2008
As of 4th August 2008, the three Surrey Registration offices (Leatherhead, Guildford and Weybridge) will be unified into one district.
As part of this unification process, the Registrar’s will require an interview room for interviews and preparations prior to your Civil Ceremony (provided by Kingswood).
Please make sure that the Groom is ready 30 minutes and Bride 15 minutes before the start of your Marriage Ceremony.
You will need to make sure that you allow extra time in your Wedding Day schedule for this.
